Cognizant is seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead data engineering, architecture and data science teams in building and scaling an enterprise Databricks-based platform. You will oversee end-to-end data product lifecycles, ensure data governance, and drive scalable architectures for business insights.

In this fully remote leadership role, you will bridge technical delivery with business strategy, mentor engineers and analysts, and collaborate with executives to deliver high-value data

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture or data science with leadership.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, Spark and Delta Lake.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience designing semantic layers and optimizing pipelines for BI.
• Experience with data governance, MDM and granular access controls.
• Agile project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and optimization of enterprise data platform using Databricks, Delta Lake and Iceberg.
• Architect scalable Medallion data architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Oversee end-to-end data product lifecycle, from ingestion to analytics/AI enablement.
