Team.blue busca un Data Scientist experimentado para unirse al equipo de Data & Analytics en Barcelona. El candidato trabajará con liderazgo y equipos multifuncionales para convertir datos complejos en insights accionables, usando aprendizaje automático, modelado predictivo y análisis estadístico.

Requisitos: 5+ años en ciencia de datos, dominio de Python/R/Scala, experiencia con ML y SQL, y familiaridad con AWS/Azure y big data.

• Proficiency in programming languages and ML frameworks

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team. As a Data Scientist you will not only bring technical expertise but also a deep understanding of business operations and strategy. Your work will directly influence decision-making and help shape the future of our organization through actionable insights drawn from complex a Data Scientist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to design and implement data-driven solutions that align with the company’s goals. You will be expected to translate complex data into business value, leveraging machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Insight Development: Understand the key business challenges and opportunities, and use data to develop solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Data Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define the data science roadmap and priorities based on business needs and opportunities.
• Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning: Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to forecast trends, optimize processes, and drive business outcomes.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data science pipeline: Advise, build and continuously improve the data science pipeline which best responds to team.blue analytics needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to ensure that data solutions meet business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends in data science, AI, and machine learning to continuously improve the team’s capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of solving complex business problems using understanding of business operations and the ability to align data science projects with business objectives.
• Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to handle complex and unstructured.
• Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with SQL and working with large data sets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
