Murphy AI seeks a Data Scientist to build the AI brain that decides who to contact, when, and how often to recover debts. You will own the data problem and drive strategy across calls, channels, and scripts, with a focus on compliant, effective, and respectful outreach.

The role centers on propensities, uplift models, and live deployment, impacting conversations with banks and debtors at scale. Hybrid work and strong growth potential are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years shipping ML that ran in production and moved business metrics.
• Expert Python. Comfortable in a real production codebase with ML/AI services and TS around it, on AWS and PostgreSQL.
• Statistics you can defend: experimental design, causal inference, measuring real effects.
• Experimentation: designed, ran and interpreted A/B tests or bandits on live traffic and shipped the winner.
• You turn models into decisions and can explain why a call should be made to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the contact strategy: when and how often to contact via channels to maximize recovery within guardrails.
• Model the debtor: propensity and uplift models turned into live segments for agents.
• Run experiments: A/B tests or bandits to lift recovery and ship quickly.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to define solutions and improve key metrics.
