Murphy is hiring a Data Analyst to convert every transaction into reliable analytics. You’ll collaborate directly with the co-founders and own the metrics, models, and dashboards behind every decision. The role emphasizes building scalable data infrastructure and driving data-driven outcomes.

You’ll define KPIs, build trusted data sources, and automate multi-currency invoicing while designing experiments to prove improvements and deep-diving into anomalies.

Qualifications

• You’ve built metrics and models a business actually ran on.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• You own outcomes, and you chase the number until it changes a decision.
• You have a STEM degree, and you were top of your class.
• AI-native, ruthless on quality.
• You don’t need a collections or fintech background.

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers. Define KPIs every team uses and ensure consistency.
• Build the source of truth. Create data models and dashboards from raw data.
• Automate invoicing. Create pipelines for multi-currency billing.
• Prove what works. Design and interpret experiments to show lift.
• Dive deep and problem solve. Find root causes and fix at the source.
