ING is seeking an Identity and Access Management Expert to join the IAM Center of Excellence within the CISO office in Madrid. You will safeguard ING’s digital identities by defining, managing and monitoring roles, access privileges and lifecycle processes.

You will collaborate with technology, risk and business teams to support IAM initiatives, provide guidance to users, and ensure access controls meet regulatory expectations.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in IAM, cyber security or technology risk management.
• Strong knowledge of user lifecycle management, access requests and reviews.
• Ability to follow procedures, document controls and escalate as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Review and remediate IAM issues in line with procedures and regulations.
• Implement and maintain IAM policies with internal teams.
• Support evidence collection, access reviews and issue tracking.
• Advise users and stakeholders on IAM topics and provide clear guidance.
• Collaborate with technology, risk and business teams to strengthen access controls.
