Eurofirms Group | People First is seeking a Data Privacy Specialist in Madrid to support GDPR compliance and data subject rights processing. The role focuses on handling requests, improving privacy processes, and training teams on data protection requirements.

The candidate should hold a law degree, have GDPR knowledge, and prefer 1+ year in related areas. English fluency is required, with an additional language being advantageous. This position is 100% on-site in Madrid.

Formación

• University degree in law or equivalent.
• GDPR knowledge, especially data subjects' rights handling; CIPP/E is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer experience/operations role, legal or data protection projects preferred.
• Fluent in English; an additional European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Play a key role in GDPR compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.
• Proactively flag inefficiencies and provide upward feedback to supervisors and managers.
• Handle and reply to data subject requests as the first line of support and provide reports to Head of Customer Service and Chief Privacy Officer.
• Collaborate with privacy team to improve processes for customers to exercise data subject rights.
• Develop and provide data protection training materials for specific business units as required.
