OMODA Motors Spain S.L.U. in Madrid seeks a GDPR & Compliance professional to join the Legal Department, reporting to the Head of Legal and coordinating with EU and China HQ.

You will monitor GDPR compliance, maintain documents (ROPA, DPAs, policies), conduct DPIAs, manage data subject requests, and deliver training.

Fluent in Spanish and English; 3–5 years of experience; Bachelor's in Law and Master in Legal Practice; cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and Master's Degree in Legal Practice.
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Protection and Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and Spanish/EU data protection regulations.
• Experience with risk assessments, audits and internal control frameworks.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and ensure GDPR compliance and data protection policies.
• Draft, manage and update data protection documentation.
• Conduct DPIAs, data protection risk assessments and mitigation.
• Coordinate responses to data subject requests and audits.
• Deliver GDPR and Compliance trainings to employees.
• Collaborate with global teams in China and Europe on standards.
