ING España&Portugal seeks a Data Management Expert to join the Data & AI Delivery Team in Madrid. You will drive end-to-end information use cases, define data mappings, and collaborate across squads to evolve the data ecosystem. The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and analytics to empower decision-making for customers and regulators.

You will report to the CJE Business Lead and work in an agile environment, leveraging Mas-appropriate data models and reporting tools to deliver insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Data Lake / Data Warehousing, Data Marts, ETL and reporting.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.
• Proficient in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or Cognos).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Excellent written and oral English; effective stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end development of information use cases for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with squads to define data architecture and metadata framework.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specs for the data platform.
• Define acceptance criteria for user stories with the team.
• Contribute to data governance, quality and platform-wide data models.
