Booksy is seeking an Associate Data Platform Engineering Manager to lead a small, high‑impact team while staying hands‑on on core platform work. You will design IaC modules on Google Cloud, champion data security controls, and establish self‑service tooling for data teams.

In a remote‑first, globally distributed environment, you will drive agile delivery, mentor engineers, and align work with OKRs. English proficiency required for collaboration across markets.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering with mentoring/leadership experience.
• Deep, practical IaC experience using Terraform/Terragrunt to manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong familiarity with GCP data services (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, GKE, IAM) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Platform-as-a-Product mindset with focus on customer enablement, platform reliability, governance and security.
• Professional English language skills (B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small, high‑impact team of 2–3 platform engineers and contribute to hands‑on technical work.
• Balance people leadership, agile delivery, and OKR management with engineering tasks.
• Design reliable Terraform/Terragrunt modules on GCP and champion data security controls (Dataplex, DLP).
• Develop self‑service developer tools to empower downstream data teams.
