Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Data Migration System Lead to drive end-to-end data migration strategies for ERP implementations and transformations. The role requires coordinating with Business Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Master Data Teams, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.

• Lead design, governance and execution of enterprise data migration solutions.
• Act as technical authority for data-related system implementations and transformations.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Master Data Teams, Analytics and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical lead for Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across global programs.
• Define end-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks, and technical standards.
• Own the overall solution design for data migration processes supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures, and system transformations.
• Lead data discovery, data assessment, data object definition, and source-to-target mapping activities.
• Drive data architecture decisions ensuring consistency across systems and platforms.
• Ensure alignment between business processes, enterprise architecture standards, and migration solutions.
• Review and approve technical designs, transformation rules, validation procedures, and reconciliation approaches.
• Define migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Establish best practices, methodologies, templates, and governance models for migration projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams, migration specialists, developers, and analysts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, Data Governance, and Security organizations.
• Support solution scalability, maintainability, performance, and compliance requirements.
