Descripción de la vacante

UST España & Latam is seeking a Functional Data Analyst to oversee data governance, quality and extraction initiatives across international teams. The role bridges business stakeholders with technical squads, prioritizing requirements, validating tool functionalities and delivering dashboards and KPI calculations.

Ideal candidates bring experience in agile environments, backlog management, and strong analytical skills.

Formación

Experience as a Functional Business Analyst, Functional Data Analyst, or similar role.
Experience with data governance tools, dashboard design, KPI definition.
Experience managing backlogs and requirements in agile environments.
Ability to work independently and in international environments.

Responsabilidades

Lead, together with the PO, all workstreams within the data governance workstream.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize user needs and functional requirements.
Manage the internal task backlog, negotiate with the team for execution and prioritization.
Validate the functionalities implemented in the tool and ensure they meet the functional requirements.
Management and review of incidents, tracking them and solutions.
Organize the preparation of deliverables and demos with users.
Attend and manage different meetings and committees.
Design, review, and validation of different requested dashboards and KPI calculations.
Support and testing.
