UST is seeking a Functional Data Analyst to drive data governance, quality, and extraction initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in an international setting, leading data governance workstreams and prioritizing backlogs with suppliers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with dashboards, KPI definition, testing, incident management, and fluent English (C1).

Formación

• Experience as a Functional Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder liaison abilities.
• Experience with data governance tools, dashboards, KPI definition, and testing.
• Ability to work in an international environment and manage backlogs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data governance workstreams together with the PO.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize user needs and requirements.
• Manage internal backlog and negotiate prioritization with the team.
• Prioritize backlog with external tool provider and validate functionality.
• Organize deliverables and demos with users; manage meetings and committees.
• Design, review, and validate dashboards and KPI calculations.
• Support testing and incident management.
