Responsibilities

• Strategy & Definition: You will lead the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in close collaboration with our clients.
• Data Culture: Act as an evangelist for data quality, providing training and ensuring that governance is embedded into the project's DNA.
• Control & Visibility: Implement control dashboards to monitor the health and compliance of data governance.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, coordinating teams to ensure excellent delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: +7 years of solid experience in strategic Data Governance roles.
• Frameworks: Mastery of frameworks such as DAMA and experience defining taxonomies, roles, policies, and operating models.
• Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with leading tools (Truedat, Collibra, Anjana, Informatica, or Purview).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, C-Level communication abilities, and comfort working in dynamic, agile environments.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (for national and international projects).

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data integration.
