Camper is seeking a BI Engineer to build and scale our Data Warehouse, connecting raw data with strategic decisions. You will design data models and create dashboards for teams across the company using Looker, Looker Studio, or Power BI.

Strong SQL and BigQuery experience are required, with a drive to enable self-service analytics for non-technical stakeholders. Join a dynamic, multicultural environment and contribute to data governance and scalable analytics while supporting business leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Prior experience with BigQuery.
• Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI).
• English level B2.

Position Summary

At Camper, we walk to a different beat, and our data strategy is no exception. We are looking for a BI Engineer to help us build, evolve, and scale our enterprise Data Warehouse. You will play a key role in connecting raw data with strategic decision-making, designing robust data models, and creating intuitive dashboards that empower teams across the company to make data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Modeling: Design, build, and maintain scalable data models within our Data Warehouse to power analytics and Data Governance.
• Pipeline Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ELT/ETL) data from diverse source systems (ERP, E-commerce, Marketing platforms), ensuring high data quality and reliability.
• Dashboarding & Visualization: Create functional, high-impact dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Looker Studio, or Power BI to serve both business users and leadership.
• Self-Service & Enablement: Foster a data-driven culture by enabling non-technical stakeholders to perform self-service analytics and conducting ad-hoc deep dives when complex business questions arise.

Requierements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Prior experience with BigQuery.
• Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI).
• English level B2.
