• Strong analytical, numerical and reporting skills with data focus.

• Provide first-line support for compensation and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems for job libraries and structures.
• Collaborate with HR BP, Operations, Payroll and Reward teams to manage initiatives.
• Provide analytical and reporting support for HR and Reward projects.
