Turner & Townsend is seeking Civil & Construction Professionals to join its Data Centre team in Spain, based in Badajoz or available to travel to site five days a week. You will act as Owner's Representative, oversee civil, structural and architectural works, manage changes and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, several years of site supervision experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience supervising civil, structural and architectural works on industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Act as Owner's Representative during construction and commissioning.
• Oversee multidisciplinary site activities and monitor contractor performance.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, commissioning and project management teams.
• Lead progress meetings with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
