Experts Group International is partnering with a global leading General Contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Data Centre development in Barcelona, overseeing the full project lifecycle from structural works through to MEP completion and handover.

You will manage a 10-person team, ensure safety, time, budget and quality, and coordinate with client stakeholders, design teams and subcontractors. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Data Centre project experience is essential.
• Minimum 10+ years of overall industry experience.
• Experience specifically within the data centre sector.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and scheduling of the project.
• Oversee cost management and procurement activities.
• Maintain document control and reporting.
• Drive feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Senior Project Manager – Data Centre Construction

We are currently partnering with a global leading General Contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Data Centre development in Barcelona, covering the full project lifecycle from structural works through to MEP completion and handover.

About the Project

Our client is delivering a major data centre development with a sequenced build approach — structural works (CSA) first, followed by MEP installation across two subsequent stages. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a mission-critical project from the ground up, working with a market-leading contractor at the forefront of the data centre sector.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, managing a 10-person project team and overseeing all key disciplines including:

• Planning and scheduling
• Cost management
• Document control
• Procurement
• Feasibility studies

You will be the driving force behind the project's execution — ensuring it's delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating closely with client stakeholders, design teams, and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering data centre projects
• Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years' overall industry experience
• Experience specifically within the data centre sector
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
