Job summary

LJB & Co in Madrid is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead CSA cost management for flagship data centre projects across Spain and Europe. You will drive cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration while mentoring junior consultants and building strong client relationships.

Your role requires fluency in English (Spanish a plus) and willingness to travel across Europe, helping the firm deliver high-value, technically complex projects with a strategic client focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CSA Cost Management.
• Strong background in data centre construction.
• Experience with a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

• Lead CSA cost management across major data centre projects.
