Turner & Townsend in Barcelona is looking for experienced Cost Managers to oversee cost management and project delivery for major construction projects, including Data Centers. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience and strong fluency in both Spanish and English.

The position entails estimating, planning, and managing the procurement processes, while collaborating closely with clients to ensure project success. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance and diversity in the workplace.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years' experience preparing cost estimates.
• Experience in Data centre, Pharma, Oil and Gas preferred.
• Good technical experience in cost management areas; pre-contract, post-contract and final account.
• Experience of leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide estimate and cost planning, producing the final cost plan.
• Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects.
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to the client.
• Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients.
