Job summary

IREN is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to develop and maintain the quality management framework for its Spain Data Center in Madrid. The role ensures compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual expectations across operations, maintenance, and service delivery.

You will lead audits, manage non-conformities, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or process improvement in data centers or similar environments.
• Engineering degree or related discipline; ISO 9001 or related certifications are well regarded.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the site quality management framework and documentation.
• Monitor quality performance across data center activities including maintenance and service delivery.
• Plan and lead quality audits, inspections, and process reviews to identify gaps and improvements.
• Manage non-conformities, deviations, and corrective/preventive actions with clear owners and deadlines.
• Support vendor, contractor, and supplier quality management to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate quality reporting, governance, and management reviews with site leadership.
• Promote process standardization and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Coach teams to strengthen quality culture aligned with reliability and sustainability standards.
