Job summary

IREN Spain, a next-generation data center and AI cloud infrastructure company, seeks a Compliance Manager to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of its compliance framework in Spain.

Reporting to the General Legal Counsel, you will lead governance, training, third-party due diligence, data protection, and anti-bribery efforts across the organization. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and experience with cross-functional teams in multinational environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Business Admin, Compliance, Finance or related field.
• 6–8 years in compliance, legal, risk, or governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of anti-bribery, due diligence, sanctions & ethics.
• Understanding of Spanish/European regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating controls, reports, and audits.
• Able to translate complex rules into practical guidance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; international experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the compliance framework.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting Spain operations.
• Coordinate risk assessments, control reviews, and action plans.
• Provide guidance on anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, sanctions, due diligence.
• Maintain documentation, records, training, and reporting materials.
• Review third-party onboarding and contractual compliance requirements.
• Coordinate compliance training and awareness initiatives.
• Assist internal investigations and whistleblowing processes.
