Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the safe, reliable operation of one or more mission-critical data center facilities. You will ensure maximum availability of critical systems, drive operational excellence, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in data center, critical facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing engineering or maintenance teams.
• Proficiency with CMMS, DCIM, and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of critical facility infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire protection, security, monitoring).
• Lead incident response, root cause investigations, and corrective actions for critical events.
• Manage change control processes and safe execution of maintenance activities and upgrades.
• Monitor KPIs, availability metrics, and energy efficiency indicators.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs; manage OEMs and service providers.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians across multiple shifts.
