Job summary

Ferrovial Construction seeks a manager to lead the electrical and utilities infrastructure for a new Madrid data center, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align scope, objectives and design.

You will oversee HV/MV lines, substations, and energization strategy, ensuring schedules and budgets are met while liaising with DSOs, suppliers and public administrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mining or Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree can be an advantage.
• Experience with HV/MV electrical systems and Spanish Electrical System regulations.
• Experience with DSOs, TSP, suppliers and utilities (≥3 years).

Responsibilities

• Act as energy & utilities project lead for the new data center from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders on scope, objectives and design.
• Develop and execute management plans: resources, cost, scheduling and quality control.
• Supervise design and construction of power & utilities infrastructure, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery.
