A leading data management company in Madrid is seeking a Facility Manager responsible for maintaining critical physical infrastructure in their datacenters. You will oversee operations, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and security policies. The ideal candidate has a technical degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems. A strong capacity for communication in English is also required.

Formación

• 3+ years relevant experience in a data center or critical facility.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS, and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage critical physical infrastructure maintenance.
• Oversee communication with customers regarding maintenance operations.
• Support audits to achieve and follow up certifications.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems

Management of long-term relationship with suppliers

Good communication in English

Educación

An undergraduate degree in a technical field
