JLL is seeking a Data Centers - MEP Project Manager to lead technical and commercial aspects of critical infrastructure projects in Madrid. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets and risk, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with experience in design and construction management of critical infrastructures (data centers or hospitals), strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint,

Formación

• Degree in industrial engineering with electrical installations specialty.
• At least 2 years in design and construction management of critical infra.
• 5 years in construction sector (projects and works) mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Direct interlocutor with customer for project monitoring and risk management.
• Consulting on construction projects: planning, technical, economic, quality, safety.
• Conduct feasibility studies: technical, economic, planning.
• Plan and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and long-lead equipment.
• Prepare tender dossiers, evaluate offers, and issue awards.
• Organize regular project review meetings and meeting minutes.
• Cost control, planning, change orders and billing follow-up.
• Oversee commissioning and handover of facilities.
