Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for Data Center Learning to help clusters become self-sufficient in planning, scheduling, and executing training programs. You will collaborate with Training Coordinators and managers to ensure effective Train-the-Trainer programs and staffing for instructors across clusters.

You’ll track key metrics, ensure data accuracy, and own training metrics across clusters, representing customer needs inside Data Center Learning and driving

Formación

• Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation.
• Experience in a training role, including technical training.
• Experience in training, performance management and coaching/mentoring.
• Bilingual in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects and deliver critical solutions across teams.
• Engage with customers to identify hindrances to growth and test solutions.
• Organize, understand, and share customer feedback to inform Data Center Learning decisions.
• Own training strategies, training plans, and project status communication.
• Build constructive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, managers, and peers.
• Support new cluster launches by engaging with cluster leadership early.
• Collect data across multiple initiatives and communicate actionable insights.
• Audit cluster training plans and completion metrics.
• Manage the rollout, maintenance, and auditing of the Train-the-Trainer program.
• Highly skilled in the Data Center Learning LMS (LMS) and Learn/KNet.
• Create and close sessions, identify missed assignments, and escalate when needed.
