Amazonwebservices in Barcelona is seeking a Training Operations Lead to orchestrate end-to-end training delivery across the EMEA region, coordinating contracts, trainer resources, LMS provisioning, and billing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will work with cross-functional teams to align schedules and compliance, evaluate training requests, assign trainers, and monitor billing and data accuracy across LMS and Salesforce.

Formación

• Minimum of five years in a team coordination role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience with vendor contracts, NDAs, PO management, invoicing and billing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end training deliveries in EMEA, including contracting, trainer resourcing, LMS setup and billing.
• Process digital team subscriptions and provisioning for AWS Skill Builder.
• Evaluate training requests and assign trainers to meet customer needs while maximizing regional utilization.
• Support trainer scheduling, time blocks, and rescheduling to ensure delivery continuity.
• Monitor hotlines and provide actionable recommendations during last-minute changes to minimize disruption.
• Maintain high data accuracy across LMS, Salesforce, and related tools for reliable billing and metrics.
• Manage end-of-month training billing and support AP/AR processes for revenue recognition.
• Identify and implement programs to improve operational workflows with limited guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of key programs, platforms, and tools and promote process improvements.

In this role, you will orchestrate end-to-end training operations across the EMEA region for AWS Training & Certification. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of virtual and in-person trainings, manage trainer resources, LMS provisioning, and billing to support a seamless customer experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align schedules, contracts, and compliance, driving scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
