Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced data center sales professional to develop deep relationships with key stakeholders across Spain, promote fire detection and suppression solutions, and grow the portfolio of building technologies.

You will lead strategic account plans, influence design decisions, and collaborate with regional teams to maximize pipeline, order intake, and customer satisfaction while consistently meeting sales targets. Fluent Spanish and English are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in technical or solutions-based B2B sales with a track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
• Consultative selling skills to influence decisions and build long-term strategic relationships.
• Experience working independently within a matrix organization.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation operators across Spain.
• Create, execute, and refine Account Plans to expand market share, grow pipeline, and increase customer penetration.
• Influence basis of design (BoD) and project specifications to position Johnson Controls Fire Detection & Suppression solutions as the preferred choice.
• Present technically and commercially as a subject matter expert in data center fire protection.
• Drive adoption of Johnson Controls’ broader building technology portfolio.
