Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L. is seeking a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician to join our infrastructure operations team.

The role focuses on hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation across critical facility systems. You will monitor, diagnose, and resolve operational issues, supervise contractor maintenance, and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of our global data center infrastructure.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of mechanical room infrastructure such as chillers and fan controls.
• Fundamental electrical theory and practical electrical competencies.
• English language communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
• Perform routine monitoring and readings of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational events to restore systems within SLAs.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and ensure timelines.
• Support overall reliability and efficiency of data center operations.
