The role requires coordinating technical and commercial decisions, overseeing contract administration, and ensuring health and safety and standards compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data center projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams including designers and contractors.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, procurement and risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Data Center projects from inception through completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and risk management processes.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate technical and commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
