• Proven track record of leading cost reductions in manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, engineering drawings, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine and technical correspondence.
• Ability to present to groups of customers or employees.
• Understanding of advanced geometry, trig, algebra, and statistics.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• BS/BA Degree in relevant field and/or 0–2 years experience.

Aufgaben

• Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, testing).
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Provide engineering support in production to troubleshoot issues.
• Support capital equipment proposals and justify expenditures.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to achieve Flowserve goals.
• Ensure CNC programs support new products and customer requirements.
• Maintain tooling and fixtures to meet customer demand.
• Help develop profit and manufacturing strategic plans.
