Criteria Recursos Humanos is partnering with a Barcelona-based company to support rapid growth through end-to-end talent acquisition across engineering, deployment, and corporate functions. You will own the recruiting process from sourcing to offer, shaping teams that power critical projects.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, with high proficiency in Catalan, and proven experience recruiting for tech environments.

Our client is entering the fastest period of growth in the company's history, hiring across engineering, deployment, and corporate functions all at once, and you'll be the person who turns every one of those open roles into a signed offer.

Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, with high proficiency/fluency in Catalan.

Experience recruiting for tech environments, engineering, technical, or industrial roles.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
