Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Associate Director, Data & Analytics – Delivery Region Europe in Barcelona. You will partner with senior leaders to turn strategic priorities into data-driven initiatives, lead end-to-end delivery of data products, and shape a regional analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.

You will develop scalable data pipelines, ensure governance and security, and drive adoption across Europe. This is a high-visibility role with significant stakeholder engagement and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and Snowflake.
• Hands-on with data pipelines, transformations, and analytics products.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, and quality practices.
