• Champion continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, data quality, and business engagement.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Strong business analysis and requirements management skills in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Advanced expertise in Structured Query Language and modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering scalable data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytics products.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality practices.
• Experience with Snowflake and enterprise data orchestration technologies.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and testing activities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience delivering data and analytics solutions within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to enterprise data governance and policy management platforms in large-scale environments.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: Barcelona: 52,400.00 – 97,400.00 EUR Annual The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
