Kiloverse in Vilnius or Kaunas seeks an experienced data analyst to join the Data team and work on an internal media buying tool to scale the business. You will focus on data quality, modelling, and reporting using dbt and Looker, with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership of data warehousing, analytics solutions, and performance improvements across 30+ brands.

Formación

• At least 4 years of proven SQL skills and data manipulation.
• Experience with dbt is a strong plus.
• Experience with analytics tracking tools (Snowplow, GA4) is a plus.
• Know ETL and warehousing concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, investigate and solve data issues: data quality, data discrepancies, missing data
• Contribute to the development and improvement of data solutions
• Leverage the power of dbt for complex modelling with performance, robustness and scalability
• Employ GCP tools (dbt, Airflow and Looker) to enhance data quality, efficiency, and data delivery
• Work on prevention and alerting solutions
• Adopt and refine our data modeling and data quality testing best practices
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders clearly
• Assist and support other team members in data warehousing, reporting and analytics
• Take ownership of tasks and initiatives
