Kiloverse in Vilnius or Kaunas seeks an experienced data analyst to join the Data team and work on an internal media buying tool to scale the business. You will focus on data quality, modelling, and reporting using dbt and Looker, with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership of data warehousing, analytics solutions, and performance improvements across 30+ brands.

Formación

• At least 4 years of proven SQL skills and data manipulation.
• Experience with dbt is a strong plus.
• Experience with analytics tracking tools (Snowplow, GA4) is a plus.
• Know ETL and warehousing concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced data analyst to work on internal media buying tool that will help scale the business even further.

• Identify, investigate and solve data issues: data quality, data discrepancies, missing data

• Employ GCP tools (dbt, Airflow and Looker) to enhance data quality, efficiency, and delivery of accurate and timely data

• Adopt and refine our best practices e.g. naming convention, data modeling, and data quality testing
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
• Assist and support other team members in the design, development, and implementation of data warehousing, reporting, and analytics solutions
• Take ownership of tasks and initiatives

We expect you to

• Have at least 4 years of proven SQL skills: ability to join and manipulate data of various types (String, Integer, JSON, Array), write parameterized scripts, debug SQL code
• Experience working with dbt is a plus
• Experience with analytics tracking tools (e.g., Snowplow, GA4) is a strong plus
• Know ETL and warehousing concepts
• Have strong communication skills: timely, clear, and consistent sharing of information, work progress, bottlenecks and findings
• Have curious and growth-oriented mindset towards constant learning
• Be capable to understand, tackle, and communicate problems from both technical and business perspectives
• Be fluent in English.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000-4000 EUR/month.

Location

Choose between our Vilnius headquarters or our Kaunas hub — two great spaces designed for doing your best work.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
