Jobtailor in Barcelona is seeking an experienced BI Analyst to build engaging dashboards, translate business requirements into scalable data products, and deliver actionable insights that support revenue and growth. You will partner with data teams, develop KPIs, conduct statistical analyses and A/B tests, and promote a data-driven culture, using Tableau, Looker, Power BI and Python.

Requirements include 6+ years in BI/Data Science, an MS/BS in a related field, and strong Python and Dbt-SQLMesh

Formación

• 6+ years of professional experience in BI analysis, data products, or data science.
• MS/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a science-related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Dbt-SQLMesh.
• Experience creating scalable schemas and data models.
• Experience with statistical methodologies and A/B testing is a plus.
• Ability to present data clearly and influence business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Build engaging BI dashboards and data visualizations.
• Capture data requirements and translate them for Data Engineering/Science teams.
• Deliver data-driven insights to senior management and business teams.
• Develop and track KPIs and corporate measurement.
• Promote a data-driven, data-democratic culture across the company.
• Identify patterns and opportunities using numerical analysis.
