Zusammenfassung

Veepee, a pioneer of online flash sales in Europe, seeks a data-driven intern to build quality dashboards and develop an AI agent for tailored sales guidelines. You will translate stakeholder needs into KPIs, ensure data reliability, and document dashboards for the Quality team.

You will work closely with Data Analysts and business stakeholders to drive process improvements, share insights, and contribute to ongoing innovation in a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days on site, up to 2 days at home) in

TASKS

• Build Quality Dashboards in MicroStrategy
  • Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy, in close collaboration with a Data Analyst from the team
  • Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports
  • Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team
• Develop an AI Agent for Sales Quality Guidelines
  • Design and build an AI agent that provides tailored Quality guidelines for each sale, based on multiple criteria (business sector, season, volume of SKUs, product type, etc.)
  • Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base
  • Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations
  • Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders
  • Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights
  • Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations
