Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting Danish-speaking Customer Experts for an Electronics Leader role in Greece. You will provide technical support, assist with product setup, and guide customers via phone, email, and chat.

Formación
- Danish language required (spoken and written).
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for the role.

Responsabilidades
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer care for a world-renowned consumer electronics brand.
- Assist Danish-speaking clients with troubleshooting, product setup, and usage inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of consumer electronics and smart devices to deliver premium service.
- Deliver an exceptional brand experience reflecting the premium status of the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to feedback product performance and consumer trends.
