Creditstar Group is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join our growing international team. You will deliver exceptional service to Danish customers, manage applications, maintain relationships, and support the Debt Collections and Compliance teams.

A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset is essential, and experience in finance is a plus. The role is full-time, based in our expanding operation with regular team meetings and growth opportunity.

Formación

• Fluent Danish and English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
• Fast learner with engaging personality and multitasking ability.
• Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service or finance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking customers via email, chat and phone.
• Manage client applications and maintain customer relations, handling inquiries.
• Assist debt collection team during peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Cover for team members during time off and assist with reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and documents.
• Stay updated with company rules and policies and relay changes to customers.
• Participate in regular meetings to improve service culture and tools.
