Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport required for all applicants.

• Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, to join on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for users of global FinTech payment platforms.
• Resolve account inquiries, payment disputes, and security concerns with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FinTech regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Danish-speaking clients, delivering empathetic service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve platform issues.
• Educate users on secure features and tools within the digital payments ecosystem.
• Document interactions in CRM to ensure accurate service records.
