The role emphasizes bridging the gap between engineering and business, maintaining incident plans, and driving continuous improvement in security posture. Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in incident response and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with incident management platforms and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-team coordination.
• Fluent English; German or additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the incident response plan and ensure effective activation.
• Coordinate incidents and ongoing vulnerability management with stakeholders.
• Communicate risk, status and remediation plans to product and engineering teams.
• Produce clear, actionable reports on incidents and vulnerability posture.
• Lead lessons-learned and update protocols, playbooks, and training.
