Schwarz Digits, the IT and digital division of Schwarz Group, seeks an experienced Incident Response Analyst Expert for the morning shift. You will lead end-to-end security investigations, triage incidents, and coordinate cross-functional remediation efforts across teams in Europe.

We value hands-on expertise in SIEM (Splunk), SOAR, and EDR, with a focus on continuous improvement, threat detection, and robust reporting. Fluency in business English is required; German is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in Incident Response, leading medium to critical security incidents.
• Hands-on incident response, including triage, containment, remediation, and end-to-end investigations.
• Experience collaborating with escalation management, product development/engineering, IT, Legal, Cloud Ops, and cybersecurity teams.
• University degree in IT or equivalent education.
• Strong English (B2+); German is a plus but not required.
• Continual education in IT forensics and security incident management.
• Expert knowledge of SIEM (preferably Splunk), SOAR, and EDR tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and communicate IT security incidents across teams and countries.
• Detect and analyze potential security incidents and ensure containment.
• Reconstruct cyber-attacks and malware; derive remediation actions.
• Develop anomaly-detection mechanisms and preventive measures.
• Monitor threat landscape and provide actionable recommendations.
• Advise internal projects on security-related issues.
• Conduct IT forensic investigations.
• Create meaningful reports on IT security incidents.
