Centric Software in Valencia, Spain is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Centric Shoppingfeed. This on-site role offers strong career growth in a fast‑moving eCommerce environment.

The successful candidate will support merchants across Southern Europe, ensure adoption of Centric Shoppingfeed features, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to drive customer success. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Educational background in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick adoption of tools like Slack, Zendesk, Planhat, and HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience using Centric Shoppingfeed is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and technical assistance to merchants via phone and ticketing systems.
• Ensure merchants and brands leverage all features offered by our solution.
• Respond to customer questions while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Liaise with the technical support team for deeper issues.
• Build long-term relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
• Help customers optimize revenue according to business needs.
• Represent the voice of the customer to support product improvements.
• Maintain low churn and drive engagement within portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to maximize value from the platform.
