MotorK is seeking a Customer Success Manager who speaks Flemish to own the client lifecycle from onboarding to go-live and ongoing adoption. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable delivery briefs and to drive upsell opportunities.

You will manage relationships with automotive dealers, report on key metrics, and help reduce churn while aligning with the DealerK methodology. Relocation to Belgium is involved in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Native Flemish speaker; fluency in French and English.
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, ideally SaaS or digital product.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy and web technologies (CMS, SEO).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer onboarding journey from contract to go-live and ensure alignment with dealer’s digital strategy.
• Manage lifecycle as primary reference point for clients; translate requirements into briefs and coordinate delivery.

Customer Success Manager - Flemish speaker at MotorK in Madrid, MD, ES.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team to be based in our Antwerp office. This role would require a relocation to Belgium.

The Role

• Serve as the primary reference point for clients throughout their entire lifecycle with MotorK, taking full account management ownership.
• Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature to successful product go-live, ensuring product activation aligns with the dealer’s digital strategy and signed SLA.
• Conduct structured onboarding sessions, translate client requirements into clear delivery briefs, and manage cross-functional execution.
• Drive adoption, prevent churn, and execute upselling/cross-selling activities to meet individual and team revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise using the DealerK Method.
• Track and report on key account metrics, including NPS, retention, time-to-go-live, and product adoption rates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success (ideally within a SaaS or digital product environment) and digital marketing strategy knowledge.
• Previous experience in account management or customer success, with a strong plus for end-to-end customer onboarding ownership.
• Deep understanding of the B2B automotive dealer sector and web technologies (CMS, SEO concepts) or SaaS industry.
• Project management mindset with proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Native Flemish speaker, fluency in French and English.
• A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a passion for digital technologies and automotive innovation.

Work Pattern and Location

• Permanent contract, full time Monday – Friday
• Hybrid role with occasional field trips
• Location: Antwerp
