Centric Software is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Centric Shoppingfeed located in Alicante, Spain, involving three days a week in the office. The role emphasizes building relationships with merchants to optimize their use of the Shoppingfeed platform, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have an educational background in Marketing or Communication, with fluency in Spanish and English being essential. Bonus language skills in Portuguese, Italian, or French are also valued.

Formación

• Educational background related to Marketing, eCommerce, Languages, Communication, or Technology is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required.
• Spanish and English fluency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and technical assistance to merchants via phone and ticketing system.
• Ensure merchants are aware of all features offered by the solution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust.
