Unit4 is seeking a Customer Success Manager (French Speaking) to drive customer value and adoption of our ERP/cloud software. You will partner with executives to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives while expanding the relationship and minimizing churn.

The role requires fluent English and French, strong relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments across ERP and financial planning domains. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Formación

• Fluent English and French required (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and relationship management to retain customers.
• Experience in cloud software and ERP/HCM/financial planning domains.

Responsabilidades

• Be the voice of the customer and advocate for insights.
• Drive value realization and maximize Unit4 investment value for customers.
• Increase product adoption through success planning and guidance.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales assistance.
• Lead executive business reviews with C-level stakeholders.
• Develop success plans aligned to customer milestones and outcomes.
• Communicate customer needs across Product, R&D, Support and Sales.
• Proactively manage risk and support retention.
