Avature is seeking a Customer Solution Manager Associate based in Málaga or Valencia. You will maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding each client’s needs and tailoring Avature products to them.

You will collaborate with account managers, configure customized solutions, analyze reports, and run QA tests to ensure everything works as expected. Strong English/German, analytics, and communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand potential uses of Avature to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with account managers to build strong relationships.
• Add value by configuring client-specific solutions.
• Prioritize work and keep workload aligned with client timelines.
• Meet with account managers to confirm scope and timeframes.
• Oversee team assignments from case creation to resolution.
• Configure Avature solutions by moving configurations to production.
• Analyze and create relevant reports.
• Run QA tests to ensure proper functionality.
