ISDIN is seeking a Customer Service Technician with native German and high English to support customers and consumers from Barcelona. You will coordinate with the Call Center, manage orders, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery and returns.

The role requires 2 years in customer-related areas, proficiency in Excel, and desirable Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP knowledge. Flexible, outgoing, and analytical candidates thrive here.

Formación

• University degree with a clear vocation for customer service.
• 2 years experience in customer related areas.
• Native German, high level of English.
• Proficient in Excel; desirable Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP knowledge.
• Flexible, outgoing, analytical, methodical and with high empathic level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contacts with customers and consumers in coordination with the Call Center (order status, product features, usage, company info, Love Isdin platforms).
• Handle areas without sales agents (answering calls, calling customers to place orders).
• Coordinate logistics operators' operations (incoming product and customer orders).
• Order management from entry to shipment to customers.
• Coordinate photoprotection campaign deliveries with logistics, Supply, Marketing.
• Manage customer product returns and invoice incidences.
• Maintain master data of customers and products in Isdin and logistics operators.

What will your challenges be?

• Manage contacts with customers and consumers in coordination with the Call Center (questions about order status, product features, product usage, Isdin as a company, Love Isdin platforms, etc.).
• Manage areas without sales agent (answering customer calls, making calls to customers to place orders).
