About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to engage with our current and potential clients as part of a special outreach project. Your role will be essential in maintaining strong relationships, sharing updates, reactivating inactive clients, and collecting valuable feedback to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound calls (Provided database): Inform clients about ongoing promotions, product launches, and events.
  • Invite clients to Zoom presentations, offline meetups, and other company activities.
  • Reactivate inactive clients (those who haven’t interacted for 3+ months).
  • Feedback collection & reporting: Log interests, objections, questions, and call outcomes. Share collected feedback and insights with your team leader.
  • Work with reporting tools: Maintain daily logs: client status, call outcomes, and next steps. Segment contacts into groups (e.g., potential customers, product interest, business interest, etc.).
  • Communication via Messengers: Send follow-ups, reminders, and links via WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging platforms. Duplicate invitations and essential information across channels as needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Native-level Spanish (Spain) — required.
  • Other language skills are a plus.
  • Clear and confident communication style, especially over the phone.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service — a strong advantage.
